Views from up on the roof showing details of the module mounting rails.
The end result of that first day was to have all of the mounting rails for the PV modules and the roof wiring complete.
The very next day brought snow
And the sun came out with warming energy to help.
Ten of the PV modules mounted.
Here's all 14 and the electrical inspector checking things out.
This is my electrical service before additions for the system. Service panel & meter.
...and here is the after with two additional meters and a PV disconnect added. In addition the original electrical meter was replaced with a NET Meter which runs backwards when power from the inverter is being fed back onto the grid.
Then another snow.
REC Solar was the installer of my system. They came out Mar 22 to begin the process.

The guys returned on the 28th to mount the modules. Had to clean off the roof first.

This is the Itron solar production Watt-hour meter that uses cel phone technology to send data which eventually ends up on the SUNRUN web site. More on that aspect later.
